All the prices given are the ones proposed by the producer and they are all in Euros.

VAT
The sale prices of all the products are VAT included.

Customs and Duty Charges Extra EEC
In case of deliveries Extra EEC, your order may be subject to duty charges and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Officina Idee cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be paid for in order for your package to clear customs. Purchase Methods
Purchasing is simple:
- Select the products you want to buy and add them in your shopping bag
- Select the Payment type
- Select the Delivery type and verify its charge
- Fill in your data for the delivery after LOG-IN
- Confirm the purchase


Product Exchange
It is not possible to Exchange or substitute your chosen product with another one. If the client is not satisfied with the colour, the size or the design of the product he will be able to return it and receive a refund of the same amount.

Return and Refund Policy
As for government decree issued under parliamentary delegation nr. 185, dated 22/05/1999, you have the right to retreat from the contract without penalty for 10 working days from the day you receive the products: See this Section

VERY IMPORTANT: The item must be undamaged, unworn, with the original label attached, in its original packaging with the Officina Idee packing list (shipping documents). We will only refund products returned in a proper way, following all the above conditions. If the product you return will not comply the above conditions, we will send it back with no refund. The right to retreat from the contract cannot be applied on personalized items.

Warranty and Assistance
Officina Idee guarantees quality of its service, submitting the items to a higher quality standards verification. Upon receipt of defective unworn merchandise, contact Officina Idee Customer Service (by phone, fax or e-mail) within 10 days of receipt. Officina Idee Customer Service will contact you to give you all the assistance you might need. The client must not return the product to his liking otherwise there will not be a free exchange.

Payment
The client can pay with credit card, paypal, bank transfer or cash on delivery (only for orders from Italy). For further information please check the Payment Section

Delivery
Officina idee delivers in Italy, Europe and in the rest of the World. The delivery usually takes 24/72 hours in Italy, 48/96 hours in Europe and in the rest of the World. For further information and to check delivery charges please check the delivery Section

Law and Jurisdiction
All the orders and the sale procedure is ruled by Italian law. For any controversy concerning the general conditions of sale, the Jurisdiction of the country the client is from or lives in will be in charge of it. In any other case the Jurisdiction in charge of the matter will be the one in Milan.
